Assessment CIS-EM: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Event Management

The ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Event Management (CIS-EM) assessment is designed to test your knowledge on the topics included in the ServiceNow CIS-EM exam.

This assessment is aimed at ServiceNow implementation specialists who want to validate their skills.

Candidates should have knowledge of configuring and managing Event Management within the IT Operations Management (ITOM) suite, including event processing rules, alerts, and alert intelligence. Candidates should also have experience with connectors and message keys, MID Server configuration, service mapping integration, and the setup and maintenance of operational dashboards.

They should be able to implement and configure Event Management solutions, manage event flows from ingestion to alert creation, and apply best practices for integrating Event Management with other ServiceNow ITOM products in a cloud or hybrid environment.
