1 key = 1 user & 1 key = 1 practice test.
There can be as many users as there are keys. One key can be used by one user and for one practice test in the catalog.
For example, if you purchase the Starter Plan with 10 keys, you can exchange these ten keys for 10 practice tests and share them between a maximum of 10 users. The keys are like blank vouchers, meaning you can choose the 10 practice tests you need from the MeasureUp catalog and distribute them to your users (maximum of 10 users because you have 10 keys).
We call these keys Flex Keys because they are not for one specific practice test but can be exchanged for any of the practice tests found in the catalog. So, following the same example, you could give one user two keys (for the PL-200 and PL-300), another user two keys for (the AZ-900 and DP-900) and six other users one key (for the DP-300).
When you purchase a Team Plan, you will be sent an email with the number of keys corresponding to the plan selected (Starter = 10 keys, Professional = 25 keys or Premium = 50 keys). Each key can be registered individually to activate one of the practice tests from the MeasureUp catalog.
The Plans include all the practice tests in the MeasureUp catalog, allowing you to learn and study for the official certification exams of the main technology vendors: Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, AWS, PMI, and Pearson.
You must register each of the keys included in the Plan within 180 days of the date of purchase. Within that 180-day period, you can register the keys whenever is convenient.
The amount of time you have to use the practice tests is counted from the moment your activation key is registered, but is different depending on the Plan purchased:
- Starter and Professional Plans will be active for 180 days.
- Premium Plans will be active for 365 days.
Remember that for all Plans, you must register the keys in the 180 days after purchase.
