HTML in itself can be quite overwhelming, especially when programming with JavaScript and CSS3. This CertKit teaches students how to use JavaScript with HTML and CSS, and more abstract elements and processes, so that students are prepared for the 70-480 exam. Each course will provide a solid background and the necessary concepts for programming in HTML5 and JavaScript while using the latest Windows operating system and Microsoft Visual Studio IDE.


  • 1 – 3 months experience creating Web applications, including writing simple JavaScript code.
  • 1 month of experience creating Windows client applications.

  • Enhance the user experience by adding animations to an HTML5 page.
  • Use Web Sockets to send and receive data between a Web application and a server.
  • Improve the responsiveness of a Web application that performs long-running operations by using Web Worker processes.
  • Use WebPack to package web applications for production.
