Backup Operators
The Backup Operators group gives a user the ability to back up and restore files on the Windows NT system. A user has the right to back up any files or directories that she has access to without being part of this group. By being a part of the Backup Operators group, a user has the ability to back up and restore files that normally the user would not have access to.
