The Administrators group has full control over the Windows NT workstation. This account has the most control on the computer. As a member of the Administrators group, however, the user does not automatically have control over all files on the system. If using an NTFS partition, a file’s permissions could be to restrict access from the Administrator. If the Administrator needs to access the file, she can take ownership of the file and then access it.
