Planning Strategies for Sharing and Securing Resources
When installing Windows NT Workstation 4.0, another consideration is how resources will be made available to users while also remaining secure. Giving users access to resources does not require “giving away the shop.” To effectively share and secure resources for Windows NT Workstation, you must understand the built-in groups and what rights those give the users within them, as well as how sharing one folder affects the other folders in the hierarchy below it.
