MeasureUp's TalentFIT Assessment accurately evaluates traits that research shows are crucial to job performance, training potential, learning ability, response to management initiatives, and many more.

The TalentFIT Assessment measures an individual's core behavioral traits and cognitive reasoning speed. The reporting
then describes those measurements in the context of various job categories and what affect they may have on performance. Our
TalentFIT Assessment helps determine if the candidate is:
- Conscientious
- Likeable
- Unconventional
- Extroverted
- Stable
In addition, the TalentFIT Assessment includes a teamwork measurement that evaluates the applicant's attitudes and behaviors involved in working in a team.

MeasureUp's TalentFIT Assessment provides two detailed reports for the user:
- A graphic report showing where the participant falls on the bell curve in each area, as well as an explanation of that score for each job category.
- An interview question report based on how the participant has scored in each area. This allows for a more in-depth follow-up interview.
