MeasureUp's IT Aptitude Assessment helps you identify individuals with an aptitude for (the ability to learn and become proficient in) IT-related technology. Employees with a technical aptitude learn technology more effectively and less expensively while being able to apply their skills faster than their non-technical counterparts.
The test content (created by Psychological Services Inc. {PSI}) has been statistically shown to predict both job performance and "trainability" in a variety of technical positions. You can use the assessment to measure an individual’s likelihood for success in technology, regardless of his or her technical training or job experience.
Four "sub-tests" in the MeasureUp IT Aptitude Assessment measure cognitive skills related to technical jobs. These are Verbal Reasoning, Numerical Reasoning, Symbolic Reasoning, and Visual Speed and Accuracy.
The combined results from these four sub-tests help you identify the right person – the person who is most likely to be successful in technology-related tasks, and who possesses the mental skills to fill your open IT jobs.
