For Test Candidates:

  • Schedule your exam with a Certiport Authorized Testing Center, click here.
  • Additional Proctoring fees may be charged by local Certiport Centers for exam administration.
  • Certiport vouchers are 16-digit alpha-numeric codes that must be entered during the launch of the exam. NOTE: Vouchers are case sensitive, and must be entered exactly as they appear, including dashes. 
  • Upon exam completion, the voucher becomes void and cannot be reused.
  • All vouchers must be used prior to the expiration date.
  • If a retake voucher is included with your purchase, the retake voucher is only sent in the event an exam is not passed. The retake voucher is sent within 24 hours to the email address listed in your Certiport profile. 
  • Vouchers are not valid if altered or revised in any way and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, refunds.

Shop Certiport Customer Support

Placing Orders Online
Shopping for Certiport products online is safe, secure and easy.   You need only follow these simple steps:

  • Browse through Shop Certiport by clicking on the item category and then clicking on the products that interest you
  • Add items to your Shopping Cart
  • View items selected for order in your Shopping Cart
  • Select “Checkout” to proceed with your order
  • Complete all billing Information on the payment screen
  • Specify a shipping address
  • Register for a Shop Certiport account
  • Complete all payment information
  • Verify your order
  • Submit your order

 

NOTE:  At this time, Shop Certiport will accommodate orders placed and shipped within the United States. 

 

Registering on Shop Certiport
Registering or logging in is not required in order to browse the Shop Certiport online store.  However, you will need to setup a customer account with a login and password to make a purchase.

If you have already registered, you will be prompted to enter your user name and password when you select the “Checkout” option.  First-time shoppers will be prompted to enter information such as User Name and Password, name, address, email address and phone number.  This information will default to your billing and shipping information.  If you billing and shipping information are not the same, those may be changed when you are ready to complete your order. 

PLEASE NOTE:  
Your Shop Certiport online store Login ID and Password will not be associated or linked to your Certiport Candidate Login ID and Password.  Hence, when making your first purchase on Shop Certiport, you will need to setup a separate login ID and password.  If you choose, your Shop Certiport login credentials can be the same as your Certiport Candidate login credentials—but they will not be electronically associated between the two systems.

Acceptable payment methods for the Shop Certiport online store include the following:

Fulfillment and Shipping of Physical Merchandise

Standard Orders
Standard Shop Certiport orders will be processed and shipped on Friday of every week.  Hence, depending on what day you place your order and where you live in relation to Certiport’s shipping location, fulfillment on standard orders will take from 3 to 10 business days to complete.

Custom Orders (Framed Certificates)
Given the custom nature of framed certificates, processing, fulfillment and shipping these products will require a minimum of three business weeks to complete.  However, such orders should not take longer than four business weeks to fulfill.

 

Shipping Cost / Method
For all Shop Certiport online orders, Certiport has a standard shipping cost of $10.00 per order.  All merchandise will be shipped ground service through the United States Postal Service (USPS) or Federal Express ground service.  Shipping charges should never exceed what you were quoted during the checkout process.

NOTE:  At this time, Shop Certiport will accommodate orders placed and shipped within the contiguous United States only.  Until further notice, Certiport will not ship merchandise outside of the contiguous United States.

 

Exchanges and Return Policy
Your purchases are backed by a 90-day Satisfaction Guarantee.  If the merchandise you ordered does not meet your expectations, we will gladly exchange the merchandise or accept the return for a refund within 90 days of receiving your shipment. 

Custom Orders (Framed Certificates)
We are unable to accept returns or process exchanges on custom orders (framed certificates).  If you feel your order was produced incorrectly, or the merchandise is received in damaged condition, please contact us within 10 days that you receive the order, and we will resolve the problem if it is determined there is a material or manufacturing defect with the order. 

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item (for a different size or color, or a completely new item), please follow the “Return Merchandise” procedure, then place a new order through the online store.  This will ensure the replacement item is available and provide the fastest possible service to you.

Once we receive the returned merchandise from you, a refund to your account will be issued and we will send you an e-mail stating the amount we are crediting your credit card.  You can expect credits to appear on your next statement.

Refunds
If you would like to return an item for a full refund, you may return the online store item(s) in its original packaging within 90 days of receiving your shipment.  Please follow the “Return Merchandise” procedure described below.

Once we receive the returned merchandise from you, a refund to your account will be issued and we will send you an e-mail stating the amount we are crediting your credit card.  You can expect credits to appear on your next statement.

Return Merchandise Procedure
How to return merchandise:

  • Complete the “Return Form” on the backside of the packing slip, which is enclosed with the package.  Check the appropriate boxes to indicate your intent and reason(s) for the returned merchandise:
    • Exchange or Refund

    • Reason for Returning the Merchandise
      o  Wrong Size
      o  Wrong Product Sent
      o  Defective Product
      o  Not What I Expected
      o  Damaged in Shipping

  • Repackage the item(s) in its original packing and include the packing slip

  • We strongly suggest you ship returns by a service that offers shipping insurance and tracking capabilities.  Merchandise returned by other means or that is lost or damaged in transit is still your responsibility.
