- Additional Proctoring fees may be charged by local Certiport Centers for exam administration.
- Certiport vouchers are 16-digit alpha-numeric codes that must be entered
during the launch of the exam. NOTE: Vouchers are case sensitive, and
must be entered exactly as they appear, including dashes.
- Upon exam completion, the voucher becomes void and cannot be reused.
- All vouchers must be used prior to the expiration date.
- If a retake voucher is included with your purchase, the retake voucher is only sent in the event an exam is not passed. The retake voucher is sent within 24 hours to the email address listed in your Certiport profile.
- Vouchers are not valid if altered or revised in any way and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, refunds.
